Q 01) When will the next chapter of *** manga be coming out? A 01) As soon as possible. There are many factors that affect the release schedule of any given manga. It could be a situation where the staff for a certain manga are busy with other things, or that certain more popular manga must take priority. It may even be something that is out of our hands, for example, at the time I am writing this My Lovely Ghost KANA has yet to have volume 2 published, yet we are one chapter away from finishing volume 1, so we could end up in a situation where we just have no manga to scanslate. Q 02) Can I upload *** manga on my forum, website, etc.? A 02) Yes! As long as you keep the credits and such intact. In fact, I prefer to keep the filename intact as well, but that's not as big a deal. Q 03) Can I use your scanslations to translate *** manga into my own native language? A 03) Absolutely! What kind of hypocrite would I be if I said no? Afterall, that is what we do! However, we ask that you at least give us credit for our part in the translation process. Also, it'd be nice if you dropped us an email letting us know that you are doing it. Q 04) What's wrong with your forum? A 04) The forum uses perl, and after moving onto this server, it doesn't seem to want to work. (I can't even get a "Hello World!" script to work.) I don't know when or if it will ever be fixed, as our webhost Ren is about as easy to get hold of as a fish in a pool full of KY jelly. Why is that arousing!? Q 05) Why are the rules on your irc channel so strict? A 05) We put a lot of hard work into our manga, and the least users can do is put a few minutes into reading the topic or the '!rules'. For example, some channels have a '!bots' trigger, or something to that effect. We only have one official bot, and if we tell everyone who that bot is, it will get raped. Since the bot has kindly been donated to us, we'd rather not have that happen. If people search around a bit and find it for themselves, there is a better chance they may find what they're looking for on another server, thus easing the strain on the bot. There is such stunning logic involved in our other rules as well, but I won't get into all of them here. |
